Morning Workout - Bench Press

Too many things on mind. Feeling mentally drained. Ended up only doing bench press, but still threw around a respectable amount of weight. Surprisingly, barely sweat at all, so left gym to start work, without even showering.

After warmups with various weights/reps, I did 10x225lbs in my 4th set. My mind was pretty distracted, though. I only did 4 sets in 1 hour. I was writing entire essays in Slack and doing code reviews with my two thumbs on my phone in between sets. Longest recovery periods ever, lol
