Today I forgot my stuff because I was in a hurry and came to the gym in sandals. Ended up just working out on the squat rack today. Pretty amazing that I did this entire set in sandals! In between sets I was doing stretches — sissy squat (for knees and lower quads) to good mornings (hamstrings), and hip mobility.
