I got to the gym late this morning because I woke up close to 6:50am and by the time I was ready to leave the house, it was already 7am. I ended up working out until 7:50am but German already had other clients he was coaching, so today’s workout was not as productive. My bad! I need to wake up earlier… which means I need to sleep earlier the night before.
