Attempted to try out Dr. Hubermanβs heat protocol. Did 10 minutes in sauna, 5 minutes outside in cold shower, then another 10 minutes in the sauna. A group of high school students were in and out of the sauna and were obnoxiously chatty, so I just left after my second cycle was done. I made sure to stay hydrated and drink my full cup of water while in the sauna. I definitely could have gone for longer. Looking forward to trying 3 cycles of 30 minutes in the future.
