LISTEN Everyone has a story and it’s important to get their perspective. Understanding is the key to connecting and creating alignment that drives success both in business and in patient care. LEARN Good strategic planning comes with time and effort. Jumping into solutions based on assumptions without fully understanding pain points and the problems that need to be solved is a way to get nowhere fast. LEAD Great leaders are made by great teams, so I don't have to try and be the superhero. Each team member has a critical role and my job is to encourage, rally, and coach my team to success. Teamwork really does make the dreamwork.
