Who is Coach B
Hi. My name is Greg Bianchi, and everybody calls me Coach B. I am a proud San Francisco native, and I’ve been transforming clients and athletes into champions for over two decades. I’ve got a Masters degree in Sports Science, and I’m an award-winning personal trainer and fitness coach. I offer both personal fitness training that is far beyond any gym experience, and also group classes with exceptional personalized attention. My mission is to help people enjoy longer and stronger lives through the development of better habits. I’ve worked with professional athletes, CEO’s, moms, kids and teens from age 6 to 86, helping people with vastly broad backgrounds to achieve fitness and well-being success. My philosophy and approach developed from my years helping inner-city student athletes get focused about their lives and serious about their success. So I’m equally dedicated to helping you advance your physical fitness and healthy lifestyle. I live to help people create better and better versions of themselves. I’ve created my mobile gym to bring fitness to everybody—from Mill Valley in Marin, to San Jose.

Outdoor workouts are revolutionary! We use multiple beautiful locations and the challenging terrain of San Francisco to work out in fresh clean air, not a sweaty gym. I’ve built my mobile fitness center to go anywhere, and there’s nothing like a workout on Ocean Beach. Dolores Park, Lyon Street Steps, or a playground for that matter.

Philosophy

Habits are hard to start, but easier to keep. Our body and mind love routines. Making changes comes down to mastery over ourselves. Show up for yourself! Own the COMMITMENT to you. The natural high from a workout can be the best part of your day. Change takes time, but time will pass anyway. Might as well have what you want. If something’s important to you, schedule it. Pencil in workout time for you. Remind yourself why it's important. What is important to me is how good I feel once I complete a workout. Say, “I am worth the workout!” Make the time for YOU.
