Technique

Position yourself behind the sled with the rowing attachment in hand. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and core engaged. Explosively pull the sled toward you by extending your arms and engaging your back muscles. Quickly return to the starting position and repeat the movement with maximum effort.

Starting Position

Begin standing behind the sled with feet shoulder-width apart, holding the rowing attachment with arms extended.

Finishing Position

Return to the starting position with arms extended, maintaining proper form and ready for the next explosive repetition.

Form Cues

Explode through the movement, engage your back muscles, maintain core stability, move with power

Common Mistakes

Using poor form for speed, not maintaining core engagement, allowing the sled to control the movement, rushing without proper technique

Progression Tips

Increase sled weight, add resistance bands, perform for longer duration, or combine with other sled movements.

Regression Tips

Reduce sled weight, perform slower controlled movements first, or use resistance bands for assistance.

Safety Notes

Stop if you experience pain in the back, shoulders, or arms. Maintain proper form even during explosive movements. Ensure the sled is properly secured and the area is clear.
