Technique

Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a medicine ball at chest level. Explosively extend your arms overhead and slam the ball down to the ground with full force. Catch the ball on the rebound and repeat.

Starting Position

Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a medicine ball at chest level with both hands.

Finishing Position

Return to the starting position after catching the ball on the rebound, ready for the next repetition.
