Technique

Perform a skipping motion while simultaneously making circular movements with your arms. Skip forward with high knees while rotating your arms in forward circles, then reverse the arm direction. Maintain rhythm and coordination throughout the movement.

Starting Position

Begin standing with feet shoulder-width apart, arms at your sides, and core engaged.

Finishing Position

Continue the movement pattern while maintaining proper form and coordination.

Form Cues

Skip with high knees, rotate your arms, maintain rhythm, coordinate movements

Common Mistakes

Poor coordination, not maintaining rhythm, low knee drive, rushed movements

Progression Tips

Increase speed, add resistance bands, perform backward skips, or add more complex arm patterns.

Regression Tips

Reduce speed, perform walking with arm circles, or practice arm circles separately.

Safety Notes

Stop if you experience pain in the shoulders, knees, or ankles. Maintain proper form to avoid injury. This exercise requires good coordination and mobility.
