Technique

Hold kickboard with arms extended. Perform breaststroke kick by bringing heels toward buttocks, then kicking outward and backward in a circular motion. Maintain proper body position.

Starting Position

Hold kickboard with arms extended, body in horizontal position in water.

Finishing Position

Complete kick cycle and return to starting position for next repetition.
