Technique

Hold onto a kickboard or pool edge with your arms extended. Lie face down in the water with your body straight. Perform a circular kicking motion with both legs simultaneously, bringing your knees toward your chest and then kicking outward and back.

Starting Position

Begin holding a kickboard with arms extended, lying face down in the water with body straight, and core engaged.

Finishing Position

Continue the kicking motion while maintaining proper form and body position.

Keep your legs together, perform circular motion, engage your core, control the movement
