Kneel on the ground with the ab roller in front of you. Grip the handles and roll forward while maintaining a straight body line, then roll back to starting position.
Begin kneeling on the ground with the ab roller positioned in front of you, gripping the handles.
Return to the kneeling position after completing the ab roller extension movement.
Maintain straight body, control roll out, engage core, roll back slowly
Not maintaining straight body, losing control, not engaging core, poor form
Increase roll out distance, add variations, or perform more complex movements.
Reduce roll out distance, perform planks, or use modified position.
Maintain proper form to avoid lower back strain. Stop if you experience pain in the lower back, shoulders, or abdomen. Keep your core engaged throughout the movement.
