Notes

Feeling more of upper trap balance, thoracis and trap engagement while breathing, and refining overall thoracic control after shoulder imbalance during incline chest press. Will add barbell incline press to upper body conditioning days. Was also getting a dry cold this day so felt more fatigued. Immune system challenge made RPE go higher.
