Always reminded how great static stretching feels when you hold the movement for 1-3 minutes. Unlocked awareness around body that was inhibited by tightness. Particularly around the upper hamstrings, the adductors, the hand, wrist, and biceps, and the deep core (TVA, pyramidalis).
