Using Nike Running App’s speed program for lap timed segment of ladder. Times are getting better except for the 200M. Felt great rhythm this run, pelvis and hip ROM needs to be primed in all three planes motions especially elevation and depression (frontal plane), helped increased stride length. At first felt like I was going slower but that’s how improved strides will feel. Timer said time improved. Need to work on neck, breathing, and shoulder drives/coordination next run. Can I post a photo of times?
