Notes

Learned how to use the circuit and grouping feature. Most of these drills are distance based and done within a 10 yard portion of the track. From a training POV had a strong visualization of pelvis that allowed me to coordinate and stabilize faster than normal. Starts for sprints are getting better, the deeper the lean during set phase the more activation of the hamstring.
