It all started with spending hours at a YMCA over 15 years back. Shortly came after was the desire to help others achieve their wellness goals and simply live a healthier and better life. That is truly where her passion and drive for fitness, health and wellness led to Julia Chan’s career as one of New York City’s outstanding coaches and consultants in wellness.
Julia works with a wide variety of clients, catering to their personal goals and lifestyles with her unique approach. With over fifteen years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, a Registered Yoga Teacher recognized through Yoga Alliance, Precision Nutrition L1 Nutrition Coaching , ACE Health and Wellness Coaching along w/ numerous continuous education and certifications, Julia embodies all of her education to offer an approach that embraces every aspect of her clients’ lives as a whole.
Julia recognizes that while one’s goals may be specific, what they do in their every day life has a major impact on their physical goals and overall wellness. Julia knows that stress levels, sleep habits, and nutrition all affect one’s ability to perform optimally so she takes their entire lifestyle into consideration when creating customized plans to help them reach their goals – changing their life entirely.
